Want to give a collaborator access without them seeing everything? 4 roles, here’s what each does.
Owner
Full access. Billing, settings, payment integrations, team permissions. Only role that can modify billing or delete the account. One per account.
Editor
Content + sales: store, page builder, marketing, blog, some settings. No billing, no team permissions. For marketing or content people.
Agent
E-commerce ops: products, customers, orders, payments. No settings, page builder, or marketing. Customer service or sales support.
Accountant
Payments only, read-only. View transactions, download invoices. Nothing else.
Summary
Owner: everything. Editor: content + store + marketing. Agent: products + customers + orders + payments. Accountant: payments (read-only). Change roles anytime in Settings > Permissions.
