Sell e-books, videos, music, templates, and any other digital content directly from your store. Supported file types include PDF, EPUB, MP4, MP3, ZIP, and many more.
Each file can be up to 500 MB in size. Upload your files when creating or editing a product, and they will be securely stored and ready for delivery.
After a successful purchase, buyers receive a secure download link via email. They can also access their files at any time from their customer portal.
Make sure your files are under 500 MB each. If you need to deliver larger content, consider splitting it into multiple files or using a ZIP archive.
Create discount codes directly from your dashboard under the "Coupons" section. Give your coupon a unique code, choose the products it applies to, and set it live in seconds.
You can create percentage-based discounts (e.g. 20% off) or fixed amount discounts (e.g. $10 off). Both types work for one-time products and subscriptions.
Set usage limits to control how many times a coupon can be redeemed—either globally or per customer. You can also set an expiration date so the coupon automatically stops working after a certain date.
Expired or fully redeemed coupons are automatically deactivated. You can always create a new coupon if you want to run another promotion.
Your customers can add multiple products to their cart before checking out. This lets them browse your full catalog, pick everything they need, and pay in a single transaction.
The cart keeps track of all selected items, quantities, and prices. When the customer is ready, they proceed to a unified checkout page where they review their order and complete payment.
The shopping cart works seamlessly with both one-time products and subscriptions. If a customer adds a mix of both, each item is handled correctly at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Your customers don't need to do anything—their payment method is charged on the renewal date and an invoice is generated automatically.
If a payment fails (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), the system automatically retries the charge several times over the following days. Your customer is notified by email so they can update their payment method.
After multiple consecutive payment failures, the subscription is automatically suspended. This prevents further charges and notifies both you and the customer.
To reactivate a suspended subscription, the customer can update their payment method from their portal, or you can manually reactivate it from your dashboard. Once reactivated, billing resumes on the next cycle.
Keep an eye on your dashboard notifications for failed payments. Reaching out to customers early can help prevent suspensions and reduce churn.
