You can issue full or partial refunds directly from your dashboard. Go to the payment detail page, click "Refund", and choose the amount to refund.
Refunds are processed through your payment provider (Stripe or GoCardless). Stripe refunds typically appear on the customer's statement within 5-10 business days. GoCardless refunds may take a bit longer depending on the bank.
If the refunded payment was part of a subscription, the subscription remains active unless you cancel it separately. Partial refunds do not affect the subscription status.
