Manage subscriptions

Manage your subscriptions on NoCode.shop: details, payments, billing dates, suspend or terminate. Everything in one place.

View a subscription

All your subscriptions live in the Orders menu. Active ones show Running status. Click any order to see its details.

The detail page shows:

  • Customer info (name, email, payment method)
  • The product and its pricing
  • Next renewal date
  • Next billing date
  • Full payment history

Available actions

From a running subscription’s detail page, you’ve got several moves:

  • Change renewal date — push the next renewal to a future date
  • Change billing date — shift the customer’s billing day
  • Suspend subscription — pause billing without terminating
  • Reactivate subscription — resume billing after a pause
  • Terminate subscription — end it permanently
  • Terminate at renewal — schedule termination at the next billing date

Each action triggers a notification email to the customer.

The customer portal

Your subscribers get a private portal where they can:

  • View their subscription details
  • Download invoices
  • Update their payment method
  • Terminate their subscription (if you’ve enabled it in Settings → Options)

Send the portal link from the order detail via Actions → Resend portal link.

Filter and track subscriptions

Use the filters on the Orders page to show only subscriptions. Filter by Running to see active ones, or Suspended to catch the ones that need action.

The indicators at the top give you totals for active, suspended, and terminated subs at a glance.

FAQ

Can my customer update their payment method themselves?
Yes, through the customer portal. They can swap their card or direct debit details anytime without needing you.
How do I know when a subscription renews?
The next renewal date is right there on the order detail page. It’s also visible in the orders list.
