Mark an order as fulfilled (physical products)
Manage fulfillment for physical product orders on NoCode.shop: mark as fulfilled, send notifications, and filter by status.
Fulfillment status
Physical product orders have a fulfillment status on top of the regular order status. It tells you if the product has shipped:
- Unfulfilled — not shipped yet
- Fulfilled — shipped to the customer
This is purely informational — it doesn’t affect payment or the order lifecycle.
Mark as fulfilled
To mark an order as fulfilled:
- Open the order detail from Orders
- Click Actions → Mark order as fulfilled
- Optionally add a note for the customer email (like a tracking number)
- Confirm
A notification email auto-fires to the customer. The fulfillment date gets recorded on the order.
Bulk fulfillment
You can fulfill multiple orders at once. From the orders list:
- Check the orders you want to fulfill
- Pick the group action Fulfill order(s)
- Confirm
Each customer gets their own notification email.
Filter by fulfillment status
On the Orders page, use the Fulfillment filter to show only unfulfilled orders. Great for spotting pending shipments fast.
Combine it with other filters (status, product, date range) to narrow things down.
Undo fulfillment
Marked an order as fulfilled by mistake? Revert via Actions → Mark order as unfulfilled. Status goes back to "Unfulfilled." No email sent in this case.
