Overview
Every order on NoCode.shop has a status that tells you where it stands. Know these statuses and you’ll track sales like a pro — and spot orders that need your attention fast.
Pending
The order exists but payment hasn’t landed yet. Could be:
- Customer started checkout but bailed
- Payment is processing (SEPA direct debits take a few days)
- You created a manual order without immediate payment
You can resend the payment link from the order detail via Actions → Send pending order link.
Running
The subscription is live. The customer gets billed on their recurring schedule (monthly, yearly, etc.). Renewals happen automatically on each billing date.
This is the healthy state for your subs. From here, you can suspend, shift the renewal date, or terminate.
In Trial
The subscription is in its free trial. Zero billing during this window. When the trial ends, it auto-flips to "Running" and the first charge kicks in.
If the customer doesn’t want to continue, they can cancel before the trial ends.
Completed
The one-time order is fully paid. This status only applies to non-recurring purchases. Transaction done, no renewals coming.
For physical products, a completed order may still need shipping.
Suspended
The subscription is on pause. Billing stops, but it’s not terminated. The customer keeps access until the end of the current paid period.
A sub can be suspended manually by you or automatically after a payment failure. Reactivate anytime via Actions → Reactivate subscription.
Terminated
The subscription is permanently done. No future billing, customer loses product access. It’s irreversible — to bring them back, create a new order.
Ending at next term
The subscription has been terminated but stays active until the current period ends. Customer keeps access, billing stops at the next renewal. This shows up when termination is scheduled for next term instead of right now.
